Art & Air and the Webster Community Arts Foundation depend on donations from individuals, and from corporations, to run the Fair, and to be able to provide art-related programs and events for the community. All donations, small or large, are greatly appreciated and make a big difference in the success of the Fair. All donations are tax deductible.

2009 Sponsorship Opportunities
All fair sponsors will be recognized in the Art & Air 2009 program guide in the Webster-Kirkwood Times, with circulation to more than 46,000 people, and right here on the fair's web site. Sponsorships at any level also receive some of the benefits of the levels below the one sponsored.
Gold Sponsor ($5,000)
- Name/Logo prominently displayed at fair site
- Name/Logo on all print ads, radio/TV commercials
- ¼ page ad in the Art & Air program guide
- 5 VIP parking passes for the fair weekend
Silver Sponsor ($2,500)
- Named sponsor for the Main Stage
- Name/Logo on the Art & Air 2009 volunteer t-shirt
- 1/8 page ad in the Art & Air program guide
- 2 VIP parking passes for the fair weekend
Bronze Sponsor ($1,000)
- Named sponsor of a program/area, such as Art & Air Studios, Community Court, Main Stage front, Main Information Tent, Artist Awards or for bands
- 1 VIP parking pass for the fair weekend
Copper Sponsor ($500)
- Name/Logo displayed on one of six golf carts OR seven “lanes” designating booth areas
- Name/Logo displayed on posters placed in businesses throughout St. Louis
Patron ($250): Sponsor a meal for 25 artists
Donor ($100): Sponsor a meal for 10 artists
Friend ($25 - $99): Thanks for any gift!
Specialty Vendor ($1,000)
- On-site 10' x 10' booth for vendors to display products, gather customer info, talk to fairgoers
