Fields marked by an asterisk (*) must be completed. Our Volunteer Chairs will contact you with a specific assignment shortly after receiving your form.

Group Shift Preferences

Volunteer shifts are generally 2-4 hours long. Please indicate your group's availability by selecting all of the shifts in which your group would be available. Note that you are indicating a range of time in which you would be available and that these time frames are approximate to the available opportunities. The Volunteer Chairs will contact you with your specific volunteer schedule(s).
